Return Period
You have 15 days from the delivery date to return one or more items purchased from our marketplace.
Return Costs
Returns are completely free. You will not be charged any cost for returning the product.
Return Procedure

Contact us through our customer service, at the number (+39) 0541 085895 or by email info@veganoutlet.it, indicating the order number and the product you wish to return.

We will send you within 24 hours a prepaid shipping label to use for the return.

Prepare the package with the unused product in its original condition and packaging, including any accessories or manuals.

Deliver the package to the courier specified on the waybill.
Processing Timeline
Once we receive the return at our warehouses, we will process the request within 2 business days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase.
Return Conditions

Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Returns of damaged or used products, or those without original packaging will not be accepted, except in cases of defects or non-conformity.
